Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, driving sales, and representing our brand across Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Present and promote our range of restaurant equipment to potential customers.
  • Understand and address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the food service or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Sales Administrator

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Description: C.Worth Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team and front office staff. The Sales Administrator will provide crucial support to our sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

– Assist sales representatives in preparing and/or processing sales orders and/or invoices accurately and in a timely manner, including order entry, invoicing, and order confirmation as needed

– Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers

– Assist sales representatives and management in preparing sales quotations and proposals for prospective or existing clients when deemed necessary and in the absence of the sales representative

– Assist sales representatives and management in making contact with manufacturer’s or manufacturer rep group contacts to determine inventory stock status of product, request spec quoting on a project, confirm net pricing of product, inquire shipping lead times or shipment status of expected receipts.

– Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate

– Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

– Administer inbound customer inquiries from C.Worth website, Kitchen Spot, RevLocal landing page, or any social media direct messages and assign to appropriate territory sales representative based on location of customer. Responsible for following up on inbound lead to ensure all customer inquiries are attended to.

-Participate in sales meetings, offer suggestions and serve as meeting notetaker.

-Collaborate with other departments such as accounting, warehouse, front office support, merchandising, purchasing, technicians and management support

-Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing delivery and project calendar, printing project specification binders

-In conjunction with all C. Worth management and staff, serve in customer-facing roles on sales floor and in the field

-All other reasonable tasks deemed necessary

Requirements: 2-5 Years in sales administrative role preferred or proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role. Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation Range: $17.00 – $25.00 an hour, based on experience

Benefits: Partial Employer funded Medical, Retirement, Paid Time Off and Paid Vacation Time based on years of employment, supplemental insurances through third party provider, and holiday & safety bonus based on company performance after 90 days. Industry and job specific training & development opportunities available upon hire.
