We normally will ship all stock items within 24 hours of payment. We may at our discretion ship product from manufacturer's or distributor's warehouses, or from an associate dealer if needed. Delivery times are subject to specific carrier's routing and terminal capabilities and delivery schedules. We will provide tracking information whenever available upon request. Purchases made on weekends, holidays or during inclimate weather may have increased shipment times. Also delays due to seasonal demand, manufacturer's inventory available or manufacturer's stock levels available may have increased shipment times. We will notify you in 24 hours of purchase of any known delays. Lead times are also subject to accuracy or your contact information, shipping addresses and ability to receive shipments at your location. If you require priority shipments contact our Customer Service department at time of purchase.
We ship at reduced freight rates. Shipments to commercial locations are preferred. All purchases are subject to shipping and freight fees which may include packing and handling fees, palletizing or crating fees, accessorial carrier fees such as notification, rural or non commercial location, lift gate truck delivery, inside delivery, upgrades on priority shipment, address corrections and non delivery return fees. Buyer will be responsible for any / all return freight except for errors made by seller.
We ship all products in new condition as provided from manufacturer unless otherwise specified. We strive to properly package every item, every shipment securely. We will ship products by parcel or freight carriers to your specified location. We will request signature delivery for all items over $100 in value. You or your agent is responsible for inspection of goods at the time of delivery. You may refuse damage shipments or receive them with notations of condition by carrier. All damages or shortages must be noted on Bill of Lading at time of delivery. We can not accept any liability due to concealed damage, visual damage, loss of product due to package damage or damage after delivery has been received. Your acceptance of product from carrier indicates your acceptance of product. This acceptance transfers liability or responsibility from the carrier to you. Any claims are the responsibility of the recipient. We may assist you when filing a claim for loss or damage but we will not file the claim for you. Contact our Customer Service department for contact info or forms if required. If you process a claim and need to purchase replacement parts or new product all associated fees will apply.
